About the role

Responsibilities
- responsible for the technical administration, maintenance, and support of the SAP landscape
- managing system installations, upgrades, patches, and ensuring the overall performance and reliability of the SAP environment
- collaboration with other IT teams, such as security, application support & functional leads, to ensure seamless operation of SAP systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of SAP Basis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, administration, and best practices.
- Deep understanding of SAP cloud integrations (BTP, CPI, IBP, etc.).
- Familiarity with identity provider/SSO setup (Okta/SAML2/etc.)
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA database administration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow workflow/ticketing/integrations.
- Experience with system performance, volume testing, tuning and optimization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- SAP certifications in Basis/HANA administration are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
