Responsibilities
Collaborate with a Practice Manager or Engagement Manager to contribute to brand development
Participate in pre-sales activities and in project implementation
Prepare scoping workshops
Facilitate workshops to gather user requirements
Write functional specifications and requirements documents
Configure and implement the solution
Test the proposed solution and ensure the quality of deliverables
Provide post-launch support (change management, training, application maintenance)
Understand, analyze, and model business users' needs
Take ownership of the design and quality of project deliverables
Contribute to the setup of platform performance and responsiveness tests
Help the client develop the solution roadmap
Be proficient with process builders and flows
Propose ideas and advocate recommendations.
Requirements
Hold a Master's degree (BAC+5 or equivalent)
At least 2 years of significant experience implementing Salesforce solutions
Understanding of platform limitations
Ideally, at least one Salesforce certification
Strong client orientation
Ability to work in a team
Comprehensive understanding of project management
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
