Responsibilities
Document, track, and manage challenges to policies, procedures, and standards raised by the ERM P&G team.
Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of policy and governance documents, including intake, review, challenge, approval, and retirement processes.
Maintain the enterprise glossary of terms, process change requests, generate periodic reports and obtain stakeholder agreement.
Coordinate scheduled and ad hoc training communications; track responses and follow-ups.
Support research efforts related to framework expectations, organizational changes, and framework trends to inform decisions.
Monitor and maintain tracking lists, task assignments, and data collection efforts to support governance reporting and audit readiness.
Requirements
3+ years of professional administrative or other support in a corporate environment or experience with policies/procedures, committee governance or 2LOD challenge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Exceptional organizational and professional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Experience with business writing, proofreading, and preparing professional presentations.
Ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
