About the role
- Erfahrene/r Reportingspezialist/in für SAP BW/4HANA & SAC gesucht in Bern. Entwickeln und optimieren von Reporting-Lösungen für Finanz-, HR-, Logistik- und Management-Reports.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Reporting- und Analyse-Lösungen in SAP BW/4HANA und SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) für Finanz-, HR-, Logistik- und Management-Reports
- Erstellung und Pflege von Modellen, Dashboards, Stories und Berichten sowie Sicherstellung konsistenter, hochwertiger Daten für fundierte Entscheidungen im gesamten Unternehmen
- Beratung der Fachbereiche zu Reporting-Anforderungen, Prüfung der Machbarkeit und Umsetzung der Lösungen eigenständig oder in Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams
- Technische Konzeption, Datenmodellierung und Optimierung von Berichten und Analyse-Tools
- Analyse und Behebung von Softwarefehlern, Durchführung von Systemanpassungen und Dokumentation der Arbeiten für Endanwender und interne IT-Teams
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen SAP-Modulen (z. FI/CO, SD, MM, S/4HANA) und externen Systemen sowie Unterstützung bei Integrationsprojekten
- Mitarbeit in Innovations- und Transformationsprojekten, wie z. S/4HANA-Migrationen, mit Fokus auf Reporting und Analytics
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP BW/4HANA und idealerweise SAC Reporting
- Kenntnisse, ABAP, AMDP, Calculation Views oder Analysis for Office von Vorteil
- Verständnis von Finanz-, Logistik- und HR-Prozessen in SAP
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung in klassischen und agilen Methoden (z. B. SAFe)
- Kommunikations- & Priorisierungsgeschick.
