About the role
- Regional Manager - BTR responsible for property management and delivering excellent customer service. Oversee Community Managers and ensure compliance with operational standards and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assuring the Company’s standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered.
- Hires, trains, supervises, develops, and mentors Community Managers.
- Reviews, monitors, assists, and makes recommendations to improve marketing activities.
- Inspects properties regularly to ensure BH standards are maintained.
- Supervises and coordinates preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
Requirements
- Previous Property Management experience
- Knowledge of property management software (Yardi Voyager a plus)
- Skilled in preparing/analyzing financial data, budgets and market surveys
- Intermediate computer technology skills including MS Office Suite
- A valid driver’s license required
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
