About the role
- Records Technician ensuring integrity and compliance of documentation for Hinkley Point C. Contributing to the success of the UK’s ambitious nuclear energy project with detailed records management.
Responsibilities
- Compile, review, and submit LTQR deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Manage the distribution and configuration control of both electronic and hard copy records
- Prepare data reports on document status for the LTQR Manager
- Assist with the production of LTQR handover packs
- Support Area LTQR Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate submission of work package records
Requirements
- Strong IT skills and experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Proven experience in EDMS automation and LTQR control
- Experience working on major projects
- Exposure to nuclear industry practices (beneficial)
- CITB and/or MAPS certification may be required
- Mechanical qualifications or relevant training would be advantageous
- Discipline-specific qualification (preferred)
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role
