Records Technician ensuring integrity and compliance of documentation for Hinkley Point C. Contributing to the success of the UK’s ambitious nuclear energy project with detailed records management.
Responsibilities
Compile, review, and submit LTQR deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements
Manage the distribution and configuration control of both electronic and hard copy records
Prepare data reports on document status for the LTQR Manager
Assist with the production of LTQR handover packs
Support Area LTQR Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate submission of work package records
Requirements
Strong IT skills and experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS)
Proven experience in EDMS automation and LTQR control
Experience working on major projects
Exposure to nuclear industry practices (beneficial)
CITB and/or MAPS certification may be required
Mechanical qualifications or relevant training would be advantageous
Discipline-specific qualification (preferred)
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role
