Responsibilities
Lead, plan and prioritize the daily tasks of the Data team, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication among the various stakeholder groups.
Ensure smooth coordination between the different workstreams of the project.
Run workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Identify and analyze detection logic.
Define and analyze business and system flows to determine optimal data sources.
Perform business and data analyses to meet the functional and technical requirements of internal and external tools.
Present findings at team meetings, working groups and management committees.
Develop the project roadmap with detailed schedules, milestones and clear deliverables.
Provide technical and functional support to engineers and analysts on complex data issues.
Monitor project budget, control expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
Requirements
Degree from an engineering school with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role (required).
Knowledge of market data and pre-/post-trade processes (required).
Experience with market abuse regulation (notably MAR), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on data quality (required).
Professional proficiency in English (required).
Good understanding of financial products: Equities, Listed Derivatives, FX, Rates, Credit, Non-linear products (desirable).
Experience in compliance, operational risk management, audit or internal control (desirable).
