Responsibilities
Coordinate all phases of Asana and PaperCut implementations, from project setup to completion.
Communicate clearly and professionally with reseller partners, end customers, and internal technical teams.
Track and follow up on project milestones, tasks, and dependencies within Asana and other systems.
Manage project updates, client communications, and documentation to ensure transparency across all stakeholders.
Escalate potential risks, delays, or issues early - ensuring proactive mitigation.
Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related communication between our client, resellers, and customers.
Maintain consistent, high-quality follow-up to prevent communication breakdowns and project stalls.
Coordinate schedules, installations, and technical checks with internal consultants and external IT contacts.
Provide regular project status updates and ensure alignment between all involved parties.
Work alongside the Data & Workflow Automation Specialist to ensure project data flows correctly between systems (Asana, Odoo, CRM).
Validate that project automation triggers and updates are functioning as expected.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation in Asana, following our client’s internal workflow standards.
Support template and checklist maintenance for recurring implementation projects.
Proactively identify technical or coordination risks, such as hardware compatibility issues or IT environment conflicts.
Liaise with technical teams to troubleshoot or escalate issues before they impact delivery timelines.
Monitor the progress of high-risk projects and ensure timely corrective action.
