- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and timeline for product development initiatives.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure efficient and effective execution of product development projects.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences that drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a product owner or product manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software products or digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and business metrics to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Technical acumen and familiarity with software development processes, technologies, and tools.
- Experience utilizing Jira to manage all aspects of the product process to include ceremonies and reporting.
