- Applying appropriate analytical techniques to uncover insights into customer behaviour and product performance
- Helping embed an innovation mindset across the Platform through the development of consistent experimentation frameworks
- Developing performance measurement frameworks to evidence progress against strategic goals
Requirements
- Demonstrable years’ experience in Data Science or Analytics roles
- A strong background in SQL with proficiency of the Group Data Warehouse (GDW) and experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Big Query
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with A/B testing or experimental design
- Strong Business Acumen with a good understanding of all aspects of financial services
