About the role

• Product Innovation Consultant designing products that drive business success while delighting end users. Engaging with clients to refine their digital strategies and product goals from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our business development: Helping our business development team uncover and understand client needs early on by mapping out and clarifying business requirements for new products, and identifying innovation ideas and AI use cases for our existing clients
• Defining our image: Building trust in Supercharge’s product innovation expertise by consulting clients in the initial stages. Understanding their business goals and challenges, finding creative digital solutions and AI use cases, and showing them the path to a better future
• Leading the discovery & scoping process: Facilitating co-creation workshops and leading meetings with clients to understand their domain, business needs, pain points, and constraints
• Helping our clients as a product / digital consultant: Crafting winning strategies for various digital products, considering user, business, and tech aspects, while leveraging our design, data, AI, and engineering teams
• Turning your vision into a plan: Creating documentation to convey your innovation ideas—be that a compelling presentation for your product strategy, details of customer/user journeys, specifications for new features, or a list of identified AI use cases
• Leading & coordinating: Helping Product Designers onboard into the project after the discovery and solution exploration phase, and providing strategic support throughout the project, serving as the lead point of contact for the client
• Aligning with tech: Working side-by-side with our world-class Solution Architects to turn your product and AI use case ideas into stunning software

Requirements

• Good understanding of business processes with a focus on digital (organizational challenges & dynamics, strategic & tactical decision-making).
• At least 4+ years of experience in the field of digital, involved in either Product Design, Product Management, or Digital Strategy/Consultancy roles - AI project experience is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, client and stakeholder management skills, proven in resolving issues, and keeping clients happy - both in English and Hungarian languages
• Good attention to detail when it comes to product scoping & product definition - an ability to define what users and business need in a way that designers and engineers understand
• Ability to quickly gain confident knowledge in new areas, identifying opportunities for digital product development & agentic AI use cases that make our clients’ businesses thrive
• Deep interest in cutting-edge technologies that we use - product development, AI & ML in trending domains - engineering-level understanding is not expected
