Responsibilities
- Shape the next generation of creative and marketing experiences powered by generative AI across Adobe GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise
- Define and elevate the design vision for products
- Combine storytelling, systems thinking, and user empathy to craft innovative products
- Guide cohesive design narratives and user journeys across GenStudio’s campaign orchestration and Firefly’s enterprise-grade generative capabilities
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Prototype, explore, and iterate through concepts and motion studies
- Mentor and inspire other designers, helping shape the craft and culture of the team
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience designing and shipping world-class digital products
- Proven ability to create and communicate a bold, unified design vision
- A tinkerer’s mindset—comfortable with prototyping, vibe coding, and experimentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication that encourages collaboration across functions and other product and design teams at Adobe
- A drive to explore what’s next in design, AI, and creative technology
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities (preferred)
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards (preferred)
- Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
