- Payroll Accountant managing monthly payroll processing for various clients in different industries. Ensuring compliance and providing client support during audits and system implementations.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung von monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen in diversen Branchen
- Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Ämtern, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden
- Betreuung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
- Fachliche Betreuung der Mandanten bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
- Betreuung und Einführung von Lohnbuchführungssystemen (z.B. Emplower)
Requirements
- Ausbildung zum Buchhalter (m/w/d), Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Datev
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Organisationstalent und Teamplayer
- Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
