- Orchestrate workflows using n8n, LangChain, HubSpot, APIs, and Fluency + Cursor
- Prove accuracy: ≥95% guest approval accuracy vs. human baseline
- Optimize performance: <100ms response time at 10x load
- Ship 90%+ of sprint commitments on-time and working
- Maintain <2% bug rate post-release
- Ensure ≥80% of issues are caught via monitoring, not user reports
- Drive automation margin up, protecting Cloud9’s profitability
Requirements
- 4–7 years building automation systems or AI workflows (proof of tactical execution required)
- Fluency with APIs, n8n, LangChain, HubSpot, Guesty, Fluency, Cursor
- Ability to prove KPIs you’ve moved before (automation %, latency, uptime, cost savings)
- Strong system design and debugging under pressure
