About the role

• Modern Work Consultant designing voice solutions at Skaylink, focusing on Teams Phone and customer telephony integration. Working with renowned companies to create innovative and efficient communication landscapes.

Responsibilities

• You will implement Microsoft Teams Phone solutions and ensure seamless telephony for our customers.
• You will design intelligent voice architectures to enable efficient communication.
• You will support migrations to Teams Phone and ensure secure, reliable operation.
• You will integrate SIP trunks, VoIP components, and existing telephone systems into Microsoft Teams, including configuration of SBCs.
• You will handle number porting, operate the solution stably, and ensure quality using CQD and call analytics.
• You will focus your second area of expertise specifically on projects (see below).

Requirements

• You have experience with Teams Phone and migrations from PBX environments.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and communicate confidently with customers.
• You are curious, enjoy testing new technologies, and are open to innovative solutions.
• Ideally, you also have experience with Microsoft Collaboration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, or Co-Pilot).
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
