About the role

Responsibilities
- Understand technical requirements by actively participating in inceptions and technical refinement sessions;
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible frontend applications with a focus on delivering the best user experience;
- Provide technical insights for the development and evolution of scalable, high-performance solutions;
- Integrate systems by fetching, transforming, and sending data;
- Modernize and re-architect legacy systems, converting them into modern, scalable solutions;
- Implement automated tests (TDD) to ensure the quality of deliveries;
- Conduct code reviews and support the team in technical development and individual growth.
Requirements
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS;
- Backend: Java 11+ and Spring Framework (full ecosystem);
- Database: Oracle;
- Cloud: GCP;
- Architecture: design patterns in microservices;
- Messaging: RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar;
- Unit testing, Docker, and Kubernetes;
- Experience with Java + Spring Boot and microservices;
- Experience using AI to accelerate delivery;
- Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases;
- Experience with the test pyramid strategy;
