About the role
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing holistic counseling in outpatient practice. Engaging clients in mental, emotional, and spiritual health through various therapeutic approaches.
Responsibilities
- Providing counseling services for individuals, couples, and families
- Utilizing a variety of counseling approaches
- Collaborating with a local psychiatrist
- Participating in regular consultations and supervision
- Engaging in community activities initiated by the practice
Requirements
- Minimum 30 client hours per week
- Competent in providing counseling services for individuals, couples, and families with a variety of DSM 5 diagnoses
- Comfortable utilizing a variety of counseling approaches such as CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed Care, Brief Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, 12 Step Recovery, EFT, etc.
- Three to Five years of experience providing counseling services for clients seeking help for depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, PTSD, parenting, addictions, etc.
- Must have or be eligible for Act 33, 34, and FBI clearances
- Must carry professional liability insurance
