About the role
- Lead Developer in Full-Stack Software Development using Java and modern web technologies at SYSTHEMIS AG. Collaborating with experienced team members in a close exchange with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities
- Full-stack software development using modern technologies (Java / Spring / Angular / relational databases / containers, etc.)
- Design and implementation of state-of-the-art architectures
- Architecture documentation, preferably following the arc42 approach and using UML
- Ensuring adherence to standards and high quality across the entire software development process (e.g., through code reviews and pair programming sessions)
- Implementation responsibility in development projects within a partly English-speaking team, working closely with colleagues and clients
Requirements
- Project experience and very good knowledge of Java and modern web and cloud technologies
- Experience developing CI/CD infrastructures based on GitLab CI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a confident professional presence
- German language skills at least C1 level, and English skills at least B2 level
