Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in business (or equivalent years of experience)
- Three years of work experience in Knowledge Management
- 3-5 years of continuous improvement in a client-focused environment
- Proficient knowledge of KM principles, processes, and tools
- Sound knowledge of project management techniques
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism (French, English required for Quebec)
