About the role
- Junior Planning and Performance Analyst in agricultural costs and business operations at Raízen. Supporting financial analysis and business cases for investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze results, reports, and financial and planning information;
- Work with the Executive Board and Finance during financial cycles (5Y Plan, Budget, Operational Plan, Reviews and Estimates);
- Track budgeting cycles, cost-reduction initiatives, and perform impact and feasibility analyses and studies;
- Support managers in preparing business cases, contributing to and validating investment analyses for approval by the Agricultural Board and VP EAB (Ethanol, Sugar and Bioenergy);
- Maintain monthly result-tracking reports and presentations (Physical vs Financial).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
- Knowledge of SAP and PIMS;
- Previous experience in finance/cost accounting is desirable;
- Experience with Power BI is a plus;
