- Provide high-quality advisory services to participants assigned to your client portfolio
- Pursue new business opportunities with participants in the portfolio
- Build and maintain close relationships with portfolio participants
- Improve participant satisfaction levels
- Retain and monetize participants for Brasilprev.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Pensions, Financial Markets, or Insurance, or have worked at least in an Account Management role.
- ANBIMA CPA-20 certification.
- Strong knowledge of financial mathematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Agility, flexibility and dynamism.
- Knowledge of regulations: pension legislation.
