About the role

• Junior Java Developer at PX.Center reimagining logistics solutions for drivers and transporters. Responsible for backend development and API integrations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on back-end solution development using object-oriented languages and API integrations, with a focus on performance and scalability;
• Support the team on projects involving system integration and process automation;
• Participate in migrating and adapting solutions to the Salesforce ecosystem, working with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and data modeling;
• Maintain and evolve existing code, fixing bugs and adding new features;
• Write unit tests and support code reviews;

Requirements

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with an interest in learning componentization and modern frameworks (LWC, React or Vue.js);
• Basic understanding of object-oriented languages (Java, C# or TypeScript);
• Familiarity with concepts such as classes, inheritance, interfaces and exceptions;
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar) and SQL;
• Understanding of REST APIs (consuming and creating);
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex, Lightning Web Components and SOQL;
