Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field;
- Knowledge of Telecommunications (analysis of network equipment), routers, and SD-WAN. Experience in networking and security with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, HP, Huawei, Fortinet, Check Point, Extreme, Mist, and cloud vendors;
- Knowledge of core L2 and L3 network protocols and experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, OCI, Google Cloud);
- CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent industry certification;
- Experience handling critical incidents;
- Experience with the ITSM tool ServiceNow.
