Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and valuation
Prepare investment committee materials including screening memos and full investment memoranda
Support due diligence efforts including coordination with legal, tax, consultants, and third-party advisors
Participate in structuring and negotiating transaction terms and documentation
Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
Assist in the development and execution of turnaround plans and strategic initiatives
Prepare periodic valuation analyses and reporting for stakeholders
Perform industry and company research to support investment theses
Track macroeconomic trends and sector-specific developments
Interface with management teams, lenders, legal counsel, and advisors
Collaborate with internal teams including legal, tax, and fund operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, restructuring advisory, asset management, or consulting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong financial analysis capabilities including proficiency in interpreting financial statements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines
Participation in the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) program is a plus
