Responsibilities
Manage the Identity and Access Management operations team, ensuring robust controls, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

Requirements
Proven experience in Identity and Access Management and with IGA/PAM tools.
Knowledge of standards and frameworks: ISO 27000, ISO 31000, ITIL v4, COBIT 5, PCI, NIST, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).
Familiarity with methodologies: PMBOK, SCRUM.
Concepts: SSO, MFA, Authentication vs Authorization, Segregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC/ABAC.
Experience with risk assessment and GRC tools.
Empathetic leadership with a focus on team development.
Clear communication, a consultative approach, and management by metrics.
