Responsibilities
- Buscar y seleccionar perfiles de influencers adecuados para marcas y/o campañas.
- Contactar, coordinar y mantener comunicación efectiva con influencers.
- Crear y desarrollar estrategias de marketing de influencers.
- Redactar y gestionar contratos de influencers.
- Supervisar el rendimiento de los influencers y las métricas de la campaña.
Requirements
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia en agencias de publicidad con enfoque en marketing digital o de PR.
- Formación en comunicación, RRPP o carreras afines.
- Conocimiento en manejo de redes sociales incluyendo plataformas, formatos y métricas de rendimiento.
- Orientación a resultados y habilidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en análisis.
- Habilidad para crear presentaciones y excelente capacidad de comunicación oral.
