- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively acting as the primary point of contact for escalated issues.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of implementation specialists to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Provide training, support, and development opportunities to team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve the implementation experience for clients.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless implementation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any technical or operational issues.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implementation projects.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on implementation performance and metrics.
- Identify potential risks and assist on developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor and report on risk factors and their impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use the implemented products or services.
- Provide ongoing support to client's post-implementation to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 + years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing complex implementation projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
