Responsibilities
Design and develop a software prototype for surgical planning using preoperative 3D CT images

Contribute to the design and development of image processing and visualization libraries in C++
Integrate and validate these C++ libraries with surgeons
Develop deep learning algorithms for image classification, CT segmentation, and surgical decision support
Improve visualization methods using point cloud and mesh processing algorithms.
Requirements
Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline
More than 2 years of experience in C++ development using libraries for image processing, mesh processing, and 3D visualization
Strong industry experience, including development, integration, testing, and deployment
Experience with a continuous integration system and Git
Knowledge of deep learning for classification and segmentation (ResNet18, UNet, etc.) and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
