Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the organization’s growth and innovation goals.
Develop and maintain best practices, standard operating procedures, and QA metrics for all digital assets (mobile apps, web services, APIs).
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse QA team—both in-house testers and external partners.
Establish and optimize automated testing frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to integrate testing early in the development lifecycle.
Implement data-driven insights and analytics to refine QA approaches, enhance coverage, and minimize defects.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in QA or Software Testing roles, including 3+ years in leadership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Fluency in English at a professional level is mandatory, required for global leadership and communication with international partners.
Proven track record in manual and automated testing, including tools like Selenium, Appium, and CI/CD frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Hands-on expertise with performance testing tools and API testing methodologies.
Exceptional people-management skills for supervising cross-functional teams and vendors.
Strong focus on metrics and data-driven decisions (KPIs, dashboards, root-cause analysis).
Excellent communication skills to present critical insights to senior leadership and influence quality decisions.
Adept at fostering a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous learning.
