Head of Data overseeing data management and analytics for ADEO’s Omnicommerce strategy. Driving AI-driven solutions and fostering a data culture within the organization.
Responsibilities
Support Omnicommerce pillars in developing autonomy: ad hoc analyses, hypothesis validation, acting as the Business Owner for data, while implementing robust data engineering practices compliant with "global ready" standards
Deploy and oversee fundamental Data Management processes: data quality, metadata, lineage and data sharing across all platform products (Data Mesh)
Support digital product teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions tailored to the Omnicommerce challenge
Design and ensure implementation of a data-centric platform within digital products, in collaboration with central teams (GTDP platform)
Propose, lead and deploy Agile experiments: Proof-of-Concepts, prototyping and pilots
Build data literacy among business teams for ML/AI thinking, hypothesis validation and extracting insights from data
Hire, mentor and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team
Lead the Group Data initiative, in collaboration with other Heads of Data and the CDO, to harmonize practices and accelerate data transformation across the group.
Requirements
You have designed and industrialized large-scale data pipelines and know how to implement robust Data Engineering practices, ideally on GCP
You have significant experience in Data Management, including data quality, governance, cataloging and secure data sharing, and have worked with data mesh approaches
You have developed and put into production Data Science and AI models, from experimentation to operational deployment (MLOps, GenAI)
You can translate business needs into actionable dashboards and analyses, industrialize self-service tools and train non-technical users in their use
You have led rapid experiments, PoCs and MVPs, in coordination with business and product teams, within an agile framework
You are fluent in English and able to collaborate with international teams.
