- Partner with cross-functional medical teams

- Ensure evidence generation and dissemination strategies
- Lead insight generation activities including advisory boards
- Support or lead evidence generation activities
- Lead internal data interpretation and alignment activities
- Lead evidence dissemination and education activities
Requirements
- BA/BS with 8+ years of experience
- Subject matter expertise in Gastroenterology
- Cross functional effectiveness
- Experience in Medical Affairs required
- MBA/MS with 7+ years; OR PhD/JD with 5+ years; OR MD/DVM with 4+ years
- Launch experience a plus
- International experience a plus
- Regulatory and/or clinical development experience a plus
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers
- Ability to develop and coach others
