About the role

• Consultant Fonctionnel implementing ESKER solutions for clients' process optimization. Seeking experienced professionals for roles across Lille and Paris in a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' needs and processes to recommend the optimal use of the solution
• Write functional analyses and specifications
• Configure the ESKER solution according to identified requirements
• Train users and support them in adopting the tool
• Assist the client during testing and acceptance phases
• Participate in production rollout and provide post-go-live support
• Join the Functional Consultant role with guidance to develop expertise on the ESKER solution
• Work within a small, close-knit team under the direct management of the team leader
• Work with diverse client contexts and companies of SME / mid-market size
• Apply your professional experience on end-to-end projects and develop your functional and methodological skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in finance or commercial management
• Proficiency with ESKER or an equivalent invoice digitalization solution (e.g., Yooz or Zeendoc)
• Comfortable using management and business tools
• Interest in process digitalization
• Professional working proficiency in English required
• Recognized for your adaptability, curiosity and openness to change
• Autonomous, responsive and able to quickly understand stakeholders' expectations
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
