About the role

• Consultant supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for multinational clients. Engaging in process mapping, training, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Perform process mapping;
• Develop the required configurations;
• Create end-user training;
• Provide post-implementation support and assist the sales team in presenting success stories;
• Opportunity to explore new system features and pilot innovative projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, etc.)
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years).
• Knowledge of configuration, customization and extension of BC.
• Ability to prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of business processes: finance, procurement, sales, inventory.
• Experience with upgrades and migrations from NAV to BC.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and WMS.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and integration with BC.
• English and/or Spanish (Intermediate/Advanced).
