About the role

Responsibilities
- Work on challenging projects to build a new platform using modern technologies such as ReactJS, Redux, react-router, Server-Side Rendering, Node.js, Webpack 2, etc.
- Estimate development tasks, identifying risks, required provisions and limitations.
- Conduct regular code reviews with the team.
- Participate in merge requests from other teammates.
- Work with an agile mindset and MVP approaches that address long-term requirements.
- Develop front-end solutions that scale and can be integrated into a micro front-end ecosystem.
- Conduct technical interviews for developers seeking to join VeepeeTech.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in web development.
- Proficient in JavaScript and frameworks/libraries such as React, Redux, Next.js, Webpack, etc.
- Experience with REST principles.
- Experience building applications within a microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Node.js and the Express framework.
- Server-Side Rendering with React and react-router.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, Enzyme, Mocha, Chai.
- Proactive and dynamic, with motivation to grow within the tech team.
- Fluent in English.
