About the role
- Financial Consultant leveraging expertise to enhance Accounting solutions at Odoo. Collaborating on diverse client projects in a hybrid working model from Berlin.
Responsibilities
- In dieser Rolle bist du die treibende Kraft hinter der Optimierung unserer Accounting-Lösung.
- Du analysierst Prozesse, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale in unserer Software und arbeitest eng mit unseren Produktmanager:innen zusammen, um neue Features zu konzipieren.
- Du wirst zu ca. 50% an spannenden Accounting-Projekten von Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen arbeiten.
- Dabei wirst du Workflows konfigurieren und Lösungen designen, die dabei helfen Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten.
- Aus deiner Analyse leitest du konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge für neue Features ab, die du mit den Produktmanager:innen weiterentwickelst.
- Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner:in für interne sowie externe Stakeholder wie Kund:innen und Partner:innen und vermittelst dein Know-How in Workshops & co.
Requirements
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. einen Bachelor/Master Abschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung aus dem Rechnungswesen (z.B. Buchhaltung, Steuerberatung etc.) mit und hast ein tiefes Verständnis für buchhalterische Prozesse.
- Dein analytisches Denkvermögen hilft dir nicht nur Zahlen zu verstehen, sondern auch Geschäftsprozesse systematisch zu durchleuchten.
- Du bist ein Kommunikations-Talent (fließend Deutschkenntisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse) und schaffst es komplexe buchhalterische Anforderungen für verschiedene Zielgruppen verständlich zu machen.
- Du hast eine IT-Affinität und der Umgang mit moderner Software macht dir Spaß.
- Erfahrung mit Accounting-Software ist ein starkes Plus.
- Du hast eine hands-on Mentalität und Lust nachhaltig einen Unterschied zu machen!
