About the role
- Finance & Investor Relations Analyst managing financial projections and investor reporting for a trucking technology company. Conducting analysis and collaborating with internal teams to support capital raises.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Billor’s financial model, VDR’s, forecasts, and key performance dashboards.
- Support the preparation of monthly investor reports, internal financial reviews, and board materials.
- Lead initial investor outreach and communications, scheduling and conducting introductory meetings.
- Prepare financial decks, projections, and summaries for investor follow-ups.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate new initiatives, leasing programs, or SPV structures.
- Partner with internal teams (Accounting, Freight, Technology) to align financial data and metrics.
- Support due diligence and documentation during financing rounds and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or investor relations
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to engage confidently with investors
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with startup or high-growth environments, particularly in technology and asset-based industries
- Fluency in English
