About the role

• Finance Director managing financial operations for blackcrows in Paris, overseeing accounting and compliance across multiple entities. Requires strong financial background with experience in audit and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow forecasting (using Agicap)
• Oversee company accounting in coordination with external service providers
• Perform simple consolidation for three legal entities
• Continue documenting accounting processes
• Establish rules to ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting entries and records
• Supervise tax and social filings
• Contribute to information system upgrades and the automation of accounting operations
• Provide internal communication and general training on internal control and fraud prevention
• Provide functional, cross‑departmental leadership to the Financial Controller on accounting and tax matters

Requirements

• Accounting and finance qualification
• 8–12 years of professional experience in an audit firm, accounting practice or in-house in equivalent roles
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and taxation
• Ability to perform simple consolidation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to take a strategic view beyond accounting data
• Business-level English required
• Prior experience with SAP B1 will enable a faster ramp-up but is not required
• Line management responsibility for a team of 2
• Strong organizational skills
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and a teaching/mentoring approach
