About the role

Responsibilities
- Organize operations for the Sage X3 offering
- Ensure the economic and operational performance of Sage X3 solution integration projects
- Provide project leadership through regular liaison with clients
- Coordinate and lead the various internal and external project stakeholders
- Promote the development of team members
- Conduct pre-sales activities and participate in responses to calls for tender
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- Ability to work in diverse environments with demanding stakeholders
- Proven experience implementing management/ERP solutions for SMEs or mid-sized companies
- Expertise in leading service teams
- Good listening skills, adaptability and a commitment to developing team members
