About the role
- Oracle EPM Consultant responsible for leading Oracle EPM implementations and providing client support. Hybrid role located in Makati, Metro Manila with opportunities for local and expat candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM modules.
- Conduct requirement analysis and design sessions with clients.
- Develop and maintain functional design documents and configuration specifications.
- Configure and implement Oracle EPM applications based on client requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Conduct user training and prepare training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integrations are effectively implemented.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies.
- Assist with metadata extraction, explanation of the conversion process, defining requirements, and working towards getting the correct extracts and preparing for the metadata conversion cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
- At least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
