Requirements
- Must have a proven track record of delivering new software projects (not just maintaining existing applications) and extensive experience managing outsourced vendor partner/resources.
- 5+ years of leadership & people management experience, building and mentoring high-performing development teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development & delivery experience, leading teams from ideation to production.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer-facing web applications with 200+ daily active users.
- Deep experience with microservices architecture, DevOps, AI/ML integration, and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong background in code security, software quality, and production system stability.
- Experience using data-driven metrics to manage and optimize development processes.
