About the role

• Digitalization Consultant supporting businesses in digital transformation and CRM implementation at Digital Zolutions GmbH. Working remotely or from Cyprus to help clients streamline operations through digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital optimization.
• Develop tailored digitalization strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize Zoho solutions and other cloud-based business tools.
• Support automation initiatives, including workflow customization, API integrations, and data management.
• Plan, manage, and oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through solution-focused consulting.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus experience in digitalization, process consulting, or CRM implementation.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to understand client pain points and guide them through digital change.
• Prior experience working with or within sales organizations is a strong plus, enabling you to advise clients on sales processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms and business automation.
• Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management methodologies.
• Ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at different levels.
• Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
• Interest in growing with the company and working in a dynamic environment with local and international clients.
