About the role
- Digital Producer leading cross-functional teams in travel technology projects. Responsible for project planning, execution, and managing sponsor relations in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of Travel Technology and Digital Products projects
- Oversees project planning, execution, and sponsor relations
- Manages resources, budgets, and communications to guarantee on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results
- Partners with leadership, stakeholders, and sponsors to understand key objectives
- Attends and leads workshops to develop business requirements
- Develops project scope documents, functional and technical specifications, and project plans
- Ensures that all projects adhere to accepted best practices in usability and digital design
- Monitors progress against plan and project milestones
- Manages the sponsor relationship from approval to launch
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in information technology, project management, business administration, or marketing preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years' experience managing projects within technology, digital media, or advertising sectors
- Structured and proven foundation of project management activities and skills
- Experience with technology project delivery methods, including both waterfall and Agile approaches
- Foundational knowledge of software, tools, techniques, and various file formats used within digital deliverables
- Strong desire to keep up with emerging technologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and thoroughness in approach
