Responsibilities
Optimize key customer journeys to increase traffic, maximize sales and improve conversion rates
Track and report category-specific digital metrics
Use CX tools to analyze customer behavior and insights
Collaborate with the digital merchandiser to align with the category's digital strategy
Improve the user experience (UX) through A/B tests and other experiments
Work closely with product, marketing and digital teams
Create product copy to communicate key features and support SEO performance
Identify competitor and market trends
Requirements
Proven customer-centric approach across all aspects of the role
Experience in customer management
Strong communication skills and commercial/business acumen
Solid knowledge of B2B e-commerce
Experience in digital marketing, including content creation, copywriting, e-commerce, SEM, SEO and online customer journeys
Analytical mindset with a curiosity for continuous improvement
