Requirements
- Máte zkušenost s vedením technických iniciativ nebo týmů
- Umíte nastavovat standardy, ale i pomoci s hands-on řešením problémů
- Zvládáte komunikaci napříč týmy, dobré je umět naslouchat ale i rozhodnout
- Baví vás učit ostatní, poskytovat konstruktivní feedback a posouvat tým jako celek
- Máte hluboké znalosti DevOps stacku – Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, monitoring, cloud
