About the role
- DevOps Engineer at SEB, supporting infrastructure for a low-latency trading platform. Collaborate with C++ development team to improve automation and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** for building, testing, and deploying C++ applications.
- Automate deployment and configuration of OMS infrastructure across environments (dev, staging, prod).
- Maintain **infrastructure reliability** and performance for trading systems.
- Set up and manage **monitoring**, **alerting**, and **logging** solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to improve build times, test coverage, and release processes.
- Manage infrastructure using tools like **Terraform**, **Ansible**, or similar.
- Work with containers (e.g. **Docker**) and orchestration platforms (e.g. **Kubernetes**).
- Support and improve **Linux-based production environments**.
- Troubleshoot environment and deployment issues with a performance mindset.
Requirements
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in **DevOps, Site Reliability engineering**, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with **CI/CD tools** (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Proficiency with **Linux** systems and shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with **containerization** (Docker) and preferably orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. **Terraform**, **Ansible**, **Helm**).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as **Splunk**, **Prometheus**, **Grafana**, **ELK**, or **Datadog**.
- Scripting skills in languages like **Python**, **Bash**, or **Go**.
