About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop large scale data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data to generate insights and addresses reporting needs
- Write ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processes, design database systems, and develop tools for real-time and offline analytic processing that improve existing systems and expand capabilities
- Collaborate with development team to transform data and integrate algorithms and models into automated processes
- Test and maintain systems and troubleshoot malfunctions; leverage knowledge of Hadoop architecture, HDFS commands, and designing and optimizing queries to build data pipelines
- Utilize programming skills in Python, Java, SQL or similar languages to build robust data pipelines and dynamic systems
- Build data marts and data models to support developers and other internal customers
- Integrate data from a variety of sources and ensure adherence to data quality and accessibility standards; analyze current information technology environments to identify and assess critical capabilities and recommend solutions to complex business problems
- Experiment with available tools and advise on new tools to provide optimal solutions that meet the requirements dictated by the model/use case
- Utilize analytics expertise to collaborate with key leaders in identifying new use cases that align with company goals
- Convert SSRS Reports to Power Bi, creating new reports
- Promote knowledge sharing and provide input on the technology stack
Requirements
- 3+ years of data analysis for health care industry, products, or systems
- 3+ years of Zero copy, Advance Power BI, Databricks, Python, SSRS & SSIS, Hadoop and Hive, MicroStrategy or Tableau experience
- 3+ years of experience with traditional relational data warehouse technologies such as Oracle, Teradata, or DB2
- 3+ years of GPU or CPI Infrastructure component experience
- 3+ years of designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases
- 2+ years of knowledge of cloud based and on-prem data warehousing services
- 2+ years of providing domain support for healthcare organizations
- 2+ years working in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
