About the role
- Licensed Therapist in outpatient setting assessing mental health diagnoses and developing treatment plans. Working with couples and families with opportunities for autonomy and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Assess various mental health diagnoses
- Treatment Planning
- Daily documentation
- Engage in regular case consultations & clinical staff meetings
- Coordinate services with outside providers & internal Ellie providers
- Complete all HIPAA training requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience working with couples and families in an outpatient setting
- Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Effective written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology, and Electronic Health Record systems
