Responsibilities
- Monthly reporting: Support in month-end closings, order and job recording, and preparation of revenue and margin reports
- Management reporting & analyses: Development and maintenance of KPIs, setup of performance dashboards, and support for teams in cost and performance analyses
- Budget planning, forecasting & reporting: Participation in budget processes, forecast scenarios and variance analyses, including deriving concrete action recommendations
- Digitization & system optimization: Further development and automation of controlling processes, as well as implementation and support of financial tools
Requirements
- Professional experience in controlling and international reporting, ideally in a dynamic agency environment
- Completed vocational training, further qualification, or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling
- Proficient in reporting, planning and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI systems, SAP, agency software, Agicap)
- Analytical thinking combined with pragmatism – you deliver not only numbers but also solutions
- Strong affinity for digitization and enthusiasm for expanding and maintaining system landscapes
- Team player with a structured, reliable working style and an eye for detail
