- Review, draft and manage, among others, heat supply contracts, operator and lease agreements, as well as end-customer contracts
- Handle amendments, addenda, contract terminations and objections
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Billing Management and the Legal Department
- Responsible for processing and securing property-related matters
- Manage and document the property and plant rights granted to the Danpower Group
- Ensure proper filing, digitization and archiving of contract documents
- System administration of the contract management software
- Support distribution and dispatch of signed contracts
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk or legal assistant) or comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in contract management, ideally in the energy sector or a technology-related environment
- Solid knowledge of contract law, heat supply and energy industry topics
- Experienced in direct customer contact
- Confident user of CRM systems (ideally SuperOffice) and MS Office programs
