About the role
- Cloud Solutions Architect designing scalable AWS cloud architectures and automating infrastructure for SaaS solutions. Collaborating with team on architecture decisions and implementations.
Responsibilities
- Du konzipierst skalierbare, sichere Cloud-Architekturen in AWS für unsere SaaS-Plattform und gestaltest den Übergang zu einer Microservice-Architektur mit.
- Du bewertest neue Technologien und begleitest ihre Einführung in den Produktivbetrieb.
- Du automatisierst Cloud-Infrastruktur und Application-Deployments für andere Teams mittels gängiger IaC-Tools (z.B. Terraform, AWS CDK).
- Du bringst eine Hands-On Mentalität mit und setzt deine Ideen gerne direkt in die Praxis um.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Dev-Teams und dem Management zusammen und trägst zu Architekturentscheidungen und Roadmaps für unsere SaaS-Plattform bei.
- Du förderst das teamübergreifende Bewusstsein für DevOps und Observability und unterstützt die anderen Teams bei deren Umsetzung.
- Du beobachtest die geltenden Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben (z. B. SOC 2, ISO 27001) und hilfst bei deren Umsetzung in der AWS-Cloud.
Requirements
- Erfahrung in Systemdesign oder Cloud-Architektur mit einem der Cloud-Hyperscaler (bevorzugt AWS)
- Gutes Verständnis von Security, Networking und API-Design
- Strategisches Denken, Ownership-Mentalität und Lust auf Skalierung
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamspirit
- Nice to have: Zertifizierungen, z. AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert
- Erfahrung mit Monitoring/Alerting-Tools (Datadog, Prometheus oder New Relic)
- Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Plattform Engineering oder SRE-Prinzipien
